
Cheese Festival Wroclaw 2025
The cheese festival Wroclaw is part of the Gastro Miasto event and has the following schedule:
Friday 20.00 – Mamma Mia!
Mr Cheese from Cheese Is Cheese about the history of Parmigiano Reggiano, pasta and oil. We open a 40 kilo circle of cheese and taste pasta e olio.
Saturday
14.00 – O Dutchman! A story about Dutch cheeses spiced up with the opening of a dozen or so discs and a tasting – Mr Serek from Ser Jest Ser
15.00 – Live-cooking – Wroclaw dumplings with 5 year old Dutch gouda! Kamil Chowaniec Stacja Breslau
16.00 – Drink, eat, combine – whisky and cheese anew – Artur Brzychcy from the Gentlemen’s Lodge and Mr. Cheese from Ser Jest Ser with tasting of course!
17.00 – The history of Polish cheesemaking and Polish winemaking – along with a tasting – will be told by Marcin Kucharski of Koło Wina and Pan Serek from Ser Jest Ser
18.00 – Krakowski, Królewski, Wiedeński, Baskijski, but above all with or without sultanas? Kuba Kubiak from Majstersztyk and Mr. Serek from Ser Jest Ser will talk about cheesecakes
19.00 beating the Polish record for the number of people eating dessert cheese at the same time
Sunday
14.00 Ash in cheese? 90-pound discs of cheese??? Smells like wet feet after a two-day hike? Mr Serek from Ser Jest Ser will talk about Alpine cheese rarities with a tasting
15.00 We disenchant goat cheeses. Goat does not mean stinky, it means delicious! Tasting combined with a story about goat cheeses full of serotonin Paulina Sawicka- Serotonina Wrocław
16.00 Burrata, gorgonzola, pecorino, mozarella, provolone and many, many others – Italian cheeses will be told by Simone Cooks while making live gnocchi ai quattro formaggi
17.00 The history of cheesemaking and winemaking from the dawn of time to the present day will be told by Marcin Kucharski of Koło Wina and Mr Cheese from Ser Jest Ser
18.00 The perfect sandwich does exist! Kuba Kubiak from Majstersztyk and Mr Serek from Ser Jest Ser will talk about bread with cheese, types of flour and types of bread.
