Terms and Conditions for WroclawGuide Underground Parking Booking

1. Approved parking times

Parking is allowed only during the approved time period stated in your booking confirmation. Entry and exit must occur strictly within these times.

2. Multiple entries and exits

Multiple entries and exits are allowed during the booked period, provided all movements occur within the approved times. Entry or exit outside the booked period is not permitted.

3. Parking outside approved times

Vehicles parked before the booking start time or remaining after the booking end time may be blocked or otherwise immobilized and released only upon payment of a 500 PLN penalty fee. WroclawGuide accepts no liability for delays or costs caused by non-compliance.

4. Vehicle size restriction

Maximum permitted vehicle height is 2,00 meters. Vehicles exceeding this height must not enter the parking facility.

5. Booking type

Bookings are typically made for a full day, starting at 00:01 and ending at 23:59 on the booked date.

In some cases, partial-day availability may be offered (for example, starting at 12:00 or ending at 12:00). Such bookings may be reserved when available, then the first day booked might only be valid from 12:00 to 23:59, or the last date booked might only be approved from 00:01 to 12:00.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Bookings can be cancelled up to 3 days (72 hours) before arrival. A 75% cancellation fee applies; the remaining 25% will be refunded. Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival are non-refundable.

7. Return of Remote Control

Depending on your booking, access to the gate will be provided either via an entry code or by handing over a remote control. If a remote control is provided, it must be returned at the end of your stay. If the remote control is not returned, a replacement fee of 250 PLN will be charged.

8. Acceptance of rules

By completing a booking, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these rules.
