Trip Hop Meets Orchestra

“Trip Hop meets Orchestra” returns to Wrocław! The Trip Hop Orchestra will perform stunning trip hop classics — strings, beats, electronics, and hypnotic vocals. It’s a tribute to the legends of trip hop, all wrapped in an urban-trance atmosphere.

Trip hop was born in Bristol as a genre blending elements of hip-hop, electronic music, dub, and soul, distinguished by slow tempos, heavy basslines, and a melancholic atmosphere. The Trip Hop meets Orchestra project grew out of a fascination with this unique aesthetic and a desire to present it in a new, more expansive context. By combining live orchestral instruments with electronic rhythms and signature samples, the project aims not only to pay tribute to the genre’s pioneers but also to breathe new life into their music.

Strobe lighting and intense light effects may be used during the event. People with epilepsy or sensitivity to strobe lighting are advised to take special care or avoid standing near the stage.
