Lower Silesia Pumpkin Festival 2025

The Botanical Garden of the University of Wroclaw invites you to the 22nd Lower Silesian Pumpkin Festival, during which we will discover all the secrets of the Pumpkin. The theme of this year’s Pumpkin Festival is “Sea Tales.”

The Lower Silesian Pumpkin Festival is the most colorful autumn festival in Wroclaw, annually visited by up to several thousand residents of Lower Silesia. This year’s event takes the form of a fair. Visitors to the UWr Botanical Garden will have a chance to buy not only the most varied edible and decorative pumpkins, but also honey, vegetable oils, spices and other types of healthy food, in addition to handicrafts.

Attractions and schedule of the day:

10:00-15:00 – Open-air art session “Pumpkin Monsters”

10:00-18:00 – Pumpkin fair

11:00-18:00 – Pumpkin games and activities

12:00 – Start of the “Largest Pumpkin” contest.

Ticket information:

Normal ticket: 30 PLN

Reduced ticket: 20 PLN – applies to students (excluding adult schools), students up to 26 years of age, retirees and employees of the University of Wrocław Wrocław – Cultural Information Point
