The perfect, quiet and historic location on the Old Town Boulevard
Our Wroclaw holiday apartment is located in a prime spot on the Old Town Boulevard (Bulwar Staromiejski), offering ideal proximity and excellent connections to all the city’s main attractions. Nestled in a park-like setting, it provides a rare combination of central location and peaceful tranquility — something that’s hard to find in Wroclaw. The Oder River flows right in front of the apartment, and from time to time you might spot a few swans, canoeists, or boats passing by.
The entire apartment complex, situated in this small green enclave of Wroclaw’s Old Town, is a listed historic site full of architectural character. In the immediate area, you’ll find a variety of charming bars, inviting breakfast spots, and top-notch restaurants — we’re happy to share plenty of specific recommendations upon your arrival.
The Market Square is just a comfortable five-minute walk away (approx. 600 meters). The central transport hub, pl. Jana Pawła II, is also only a five-minute walk and offers fast tram connections in all directions. From there, you can reach the main train station in about ten minutes. The zoo and the Centennial Hall are also accessible within twenty minutes — no transfers needed.
Trust us — we have our own apartment here too, so when we say this is probably the best location in all of Wroclaw, we’re speaking from own experience 🙂
What can you expect inside our guest apartment?
The impressive ceiling height of 3,60 meters gives the entire apartment a spacious and airy feel. Through the elegant, tall windows, you can enjoy a direct view of the Oder River, framed by old trees along the riverbank. One of the city’s oldest historic bridges is also visible from here.
The well sized balcony is the perfect place to start your day: with a cup of coffee or tea, you can wake up at your own pace before diving into the vibrant life and numerous sights of Wroclaw. By the way, our guest apartment is located on the first floor, and of course, an elevator is available.
The living room
In the living room, a cozy couch invites you to relax after an eventful day. If requested and booked, it will be transformed into a double bed instead of being a couch — perfect for offering a comfortable sleeping space for up to two extra guests in addition to the main bedroom.
For laid-back evenings, we offer you an exceptional TV experience: our Samsung QLED Smart TV lets you choose between the classic horizontal format or a modern vertical format — ideal for Instagram and TikTok videos. With just the push of a button, the screen smoothly rotates between the two modes. Thanks to the large windows and the surrounding nature, we wanted to avoid bulky wall units — and instead found a stylish, flexible solution.
Of course, you’ll have access to high-speed internet via Wi-Fi, and the Smart TV supports all major streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and Apple TV. For these premium services you bring your own credentials, but we have around 230 TV channels in English, German, and Polish included already from our side.
Our little office corner
We also have a little desk corner prepared for you. If you need to work during your stay, you can connect to the external screen via HDMI.
In case you just came to relax and enjoy some holidays with sightseeing, this is the corner where you can write some postcards to your friends and family 🙂
And yes, we also have a golden dwarf here that welcomes you…
The kitchenette
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped — including a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and a fridge-freezer combo — and offers everything you need to prepare meals for up to four people.
Of course we also provide complimentary coffee and tea to make sure you start your day with good vibes.
The bedroom
The separate bedroom invites you to peaceful nights with a comfortable queen-size bed — featuring the award-winning mattress from Bett1. A spacious wardrobe easily accommodates your clothing. Additionally, there is a second large wardrobe in the hallway — perfect if you’re planning a longer stay and need a bit of extra storage space.
The bathroom
The modernly designed bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
At your disposal, you’ll find a washing machine, a hairdryer, and, of course, essential toiletries.
How about a parking spot in the private underground garage?
Upon request, a secure parking space in our private underground garage (not open to the public) can be reserved with your booking. It’s located just 150 meters from the front door.
A limited number of public paid parking spots are also available on the street nearby.

Availability and Booking Form
Here’s a quick overview of the most important practical information:
- Address: pl. Jana Pawła II 28, 50-043 Wrocław (view on Google Maps here)
- Check-In: from 3:00 PM onwards. Before your arrival, you will receive detailed check-in information. You will either get the keys handed to you directly by us or you will receive an electronic door code with detailled instructions — late arrivals are no problem.
- Check-Out: by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Up to 30 days before arrival: 90% refund, up to 21 days before arrival: 40% refund, up to 10 days before arrival: 10% refund, up to 5 days before arrival: no refund.
- Rules: Our apartment is strictly non-smoking, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Currently, we do not have facilities for children and cannot accommodate pets.
- Discount:Â For bookings longer than one week, a 5% discount on the nightly rate will be applied. Bookings of a full month will have 20% discount applied.
