Wody are a band of guys who, already as kids, dreamed of becoming rock’n’rollers. Today they forge those dreams into sound – loud and full of emotion. Their music grows out of guitar grit, but is not afraid of melody or sensitivity.

The sound of Wody is a free mix of rock, soul and blues, broken up by a modern approach to pop and indie rock. The band draws on classic inspirations while giving them a fresh, contemporary character. Sometimes it is raw and energetic, at other times more reflective, but always authentic.

What do they write about? Mistakes; nights that end too soon; the need for honesty and saying things straight. This is music for those who want to feel emotions, turn up the volume and forget the rules for a while.
