Tangerine Dream – Continuum Tour 2025: From Virgin Years to Quantum Times
On August 28, 2025, at 8:00 PM, the legendary pioneers of electronic music Tangerine Dream will take the stage at Orion Hall (Art-Muza LLC) in Wrocław, as part of their highly anticipated Continuum Tour 2025. Following critical acclaim from last year’s tour, the band returns to Poland for five unforgettable concerts, showcasing a unique blend of retro classics and futuristic compositions.
Founded in 1967 by Edgar Froese in Berlin, Tangerine Dream revolutionized the world of electronic music with hypnotic synth landscapes and ambient improvisation. Their influence spans decades, genres, and generations—from groundbreaking albums like Phaedra to cult-favorite soundtracks for films such as Sorcerer, Thief, and Risky Business. Their legacy extends to over 60 film scores and the original soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto V.
The Continuum Tour features both their iconic analog-era compositions and new works inspired by the “Quantum Years” philosophy. Each show is more than a concert—it’s an immersive audiovisual experience that transports the audience into a different dimension.
Since Froese’s passing, the lineup includes Thorsten Quaeschning, Hoshiko Yamane, and Paul Frick, who continue the band’s visionary path with masterful live sessions and spontaneous musical creations. Their latest album, Raum (2022), topped UK Dance Charts and marked the group’s most successful release in decades.
Prepare to witness a blend of cinematic soundscapes, progressive rhythms, and electronic mastery that only Tangerine Dream can deliver.
