Late August marks the 69th birthday anniversary of Grzegorz Ciechowski, an immensely accomplished musician, composer and lyricist for the Polish rock scene.
On the eve of the anniversary, 28 August, Stary Klasztor invites you to Sala Gotycka for a concert of songs by Republika – one of the most important bands on the contemporary Polish stage, fronted by the sorely missed Grzegorz Ciechowski.
We want to pay tribute to Mr. Grzegorz by performing his songs, to preserve the memory of this fantastic artist.
Ciechowski’s brilliant lyrics will be interpreted by Wojciech Dereń – a Wrocław musical-stage actor and vocalist, winner of the 38th Review of Actor’s Song in Wrocław.
It will be a good evening.
