7 SPOSOBÓW is a shanty-folk band formed in 2024 in Wrocław, successfully touring ever since. The band recently performed at, among others, the Szanty Kunice festival, and also qualified to perform at the Szantygraj nad Narwią festival.
The style of this seven-member group, equipped with a rich, mainly acoustic instrumentation, draws on maritime tradition, on shanties and forecastle songs. But this is mainly in the lyrics, as musically they’re highly eclectic, drawing on various musical styles and genres, and are also rich in harmony and arrangement.
The band’s repertoire includes the song “Rycerz Święty Jerzy” (“Knight Saint George”), about the Battle of Oliwa, which has gained considerable popularity (130,000 views on YouTube and excellent reviews).
