Red Hot Chile Folkers: a musical bridge between the Chilean soul and the Polish heart. What happens when the spirit of Latin America meets the energy of Poland? The answer is Red Hot Chile Folkers – a quartet that celebrates the richness of Latin American music in a lively, authentic and deeply moving way. The concert is organised by Otwarta Przestrzeń Kultury.

Location: St. John of Nepomunk Church in Szczytnicki Park

The band is led by Chilean musician Luistofoles (vocals, guitar, cuatro, compositions), joined by Sylwia (vocals), Bohdan (percussion) and Maciek (lead guitar). The band takes you on a musical journey without borders – a trip through the rhythms and landscapes of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Cuba, paying tribute to legends such as Violeta Parra, Mercedes Sosa, Compay Segundo and Chico Buarque.

It’s not just about performing the great classics – the band also presents its own compositions in a folk style. The music is always full of joy and festival energy, while never losing its lyrical depth and the emotion so characteristic of this part of the world.
