Native – funk / jazz / oriental concert

This Friday, 19.06 at 7:00 PM, on the stage of Wroclaw’s Nietota plays Native – an original mix of funk, jazz and the orient.

The six-piece formation presents, in its own blend, inspirations from 1970s soundtracks, jazz improvisations, Turkish influences and soulful groove. The musicians have played small and larger stages in Poland and abroad, and their work has been recognised, among others, by Maciej Ulewicz on his “KrUlewicz” show on Radio Chilli Zet, and by Krakow cultural institutions. They have released the album “Live Session”, recorded live at Radio Krakow, and are currently preparing their first studio album. At Nietota they will present a live set filled with energy, groove and an element of surprise!

Native are: Agnieszka Rybacka – saxophone, flute, vocals; Krzysztof Pilacik – guitar; Piotr Golemiec – bass; Adam Kondraciuk – electric piano, Moog, synthesizers; Piotr Switlicki – conga, bongos, percussion; Slawomir Zieba – drums.
