For over two decades, the Radosna Parada Niepodległości has been the centerpiece of Wrocław’s celebration of Poland’s National Independence Day. This lively and inclusive event brings together people of all ages to honor the country’s history, culture, and freedom.

Parade Route

For the past three years, the parade starts at Plac Wolności and proceeds to the site where Wrocław’s struggle for freedom began — the former bus depot on Grabiszyńska Street. Today, this location is home to the Centrum Historii Zajezdnia, a modern museum documenting Wrocław’s post-1945 history.
