N8NOFACE

The synth-punk – or rather genre-defying – project N8noface, whom you may have discovered when he performed in February at two concerts supporting Ho99o9, comes to Klub Muzyczny Liverpool in Wrocław on 2 August.

N8noface is an artist who cannot be compared to anyone. The Tucson, Arizona-born creator combines minimal wave, synth-punk and dirty electronics into a sound that doesn’t seek nostalgia, only pure, raw energy. His deformed pop is music about survival: about shady deals, toxic relationships, brutality and the everyday chaos of life in America, where no one has time to worry about who happens to be running the country. His sound can be described as both retro and futuristic, but in practice it escapes all labels.
