KING HANNAH

King Hannah is an indie rock duo from Liverpool, composed of Hannah Merrick and Craig Whittle. They gained attention with their debut EP “Tell Me Your Mind and I’ll Tell You Mine” in 2020, which was praised for its atmospheric sound and storytelling. Their music has been compared to artists like Hope Sandoval, Lana del Rey, Kurt Vile, Neil Young, Courtney Barnett, Portishead, and PJ Harvey. Their sophomore album, “Big Swimmer,” reflects stories from their travels and showcases a mature sound with a balance of lightness and darkness, featuring Merrick’s smoky vocals and Whittle’s expressive guitar work.

In June 2025, King Hannah will perform in Poland for the first time, including a concert in Wrocław at Klub Łącznik on June 24, 2025, as part of their European tour promoting “Big Swimmer.” This will be one of three Polish shows, with others in Warsaw and Kraków. The band expressed excitement about visiting Poland and performing there for the first time, looking forward to connecting with new audiences and sharing their emotive indie rock music live.

Their Wrocław concert is expected to deliver an immersive experience, with the band aiming to create sincere songs and evoke deep emotions through their performance. This event is part of a broader tour that highlights their growing international presence and artistic development since their debut.
