Exhibition „TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition”
The Titanic Exhibition in Wrocław, titled “TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition,” is a large-scale, immersive exhibition covering 1500 m² that showcases over 170 authentic artifacts recovered from the wreck of the RMS Titanic, which sank in the North Atlantic Ocean in 1912. It is held at the Institute of Automation of Energy Systems (Hala IASE), located at ul. Wystawowa 1, near Hala Stulecia in Wrocław, from April 22 to July 31, 2025.
Visitors can explore real items such as giant steel doors used by passengers to board the ship, the only surviving cherub figure that adorned Titanic’s wooden staircase, personal belongings like watches, suitcases, shoes, jewelry, letters, and identity documents, as well as ship equipment like porcelain and cutlery. The exhibition also features faithful reconstructions of the ship’s interiors, including rooms from first, second, and third class, allowing guests to experience the atmosphere onboard and learn about the lives of the passengers and crew.
The exhibition was created in close collaboration with RMS Titanic Inc., the only authorized organization to recover and conserve artifacts from the Titanic wreck. It offers an educational and emotional journey into the tragic story of the Titanic, its luxurious design, and the fateful voyage that ended with the loss of nearly 1,500 lives.
Overall, the Titanic Exhibition in Wrocław provides a unique opportunity to see rare and never-before-shown artifacts in Europe and to immerse oneself in the history and legacy of the legendary ship and its passengers.
