The new film by Jacques Audiard (“Paris, 13th District”, “A Prophet”) is a gripping Mexico-set spectacle that constantly transforms: from thriller to classic melodrama, from musical to an emotion-filled story in the spirit of Almodóvar. Fearless and full of dance, it is a story about freedom from all conventions and the spectacular transformation the world needs today.

The change begins with a disillusioned lawyer, Rita (Zoe Saldaña), who receives a surprising proposal that sends her on a risky journey where she meets three women ready for anything, longing to follow their hearts in a violent macho society.
