Delicje – Culinary Festival Wrocław 2026

In June, Wrocław’s iconic Market Square becomes a culinary journey around the world. Good food. Music. People. A summer city vibe and a weekend that feels more like a European festival than a typical event.

Delicje (meaning ‘Delicacies’) is Wrocław’s signature open-air food festival, returning to the Rynek for its 4th edition from 5 to 7 June 2026, daily from 12:00. Organised by the City of Wrocław and Tomasz Tyc, the three-day event brings together artisan food producers from Lower Silesia, top local chefs, culinary workshops, live cooking demonstrations, musical performances and a curated regional products competition.

Previous editions have featured live cooking shows by award-winning Wrocław chefs, panels on sustainable food and local producers, live saxophone and folk music sets, craft beer and wine tastings, and stalls celebrating global cuisines. A highlight of each edition is the Konkurs Delicje — a jury-judged competition for the most interesting regional products and dishes, with awards presented on stage at the Market Square.
