Breakfast Pop-up at Re:bistro
A breakfast knysza? Toast? Or maybe a crispy waffle, sweet or savory? On October 4th, Re:bistro is inviting guests to its first-ever breakfast pop-up. The menu was created by Centennial Hall’s Executive Chef Katarzyna DaniÅ‚owicz and Re:bistro’s head chef Wojciech Konopacki. Expect variety, substance, and above all — great taste.
The breakfast pop-up runs from 8:00 to 14:00. The menu includes kaszanka in panko, a breakfast take on knysze, waffles, and toasts, as well as a vegan hummus option. Each breakfast dish costs 34 PLN.
A good breakfast needs good coffee. That’s taken care of by Polish Barista Champion Marcin Rusnarczyk, who will be serving coffee made from beans from Spółdzielcza, the roastery he founded — the same one Re:bistro uses every day.
Marcin Rusnarczyk will talk about roasting beans, share the secrets of good brewing, and show what barista work looks like behind the scenes.
Coffee is 3 PLN when paired with a breakfast dish or dessert.
Younger guests will also find something for themselves — a special corner with colorful braids and face painting will be set up during the pop-up. And for breakfast? Hot chocolate!
