BBQ Rave at Huta

Is there anything better than a barbecue on a summer afternoon? Of course there is! A barbecue where you don’t have to light the grill, watch the meat, stand in the smoke or worry whether it’s done yet.

You drop by, meet your friends, order something good, listen to music and enjoy a lazy Sunday. We take care of all the rest.

The smell of the grill drifting over the meadow. Dishes prepared especially for the day. Dozens of sauces and sides to try. Music you can really dance to. A holiday mood that we would love to bottle into every summer Sunday.

On 28 June from 16:00 we invite you to the BARBECUE RAVE at Huta.

Each concept will prepare special items available only during this event, so the culinary line-up will be just as strong as the musical one. Expect things you won’t normally find on our menu.

Grilling for you on the meadow all day:

Meatologia – New York Strip steaks: an outstanding cut of beef from the sirloin, grilled just right: juicy, hearty, no compromises.
Givme Chinkali – lamb saddles and bone-in pork bacon (tomahawk): the grill in a bold version, full of aroma and intense flavours.
Croatian Grill by Riva – ćevapčići with cheese will appear on our grill, a special take on the Balkan classic in which juicy veal hides delicate pieces of cheese. Grilled over fire, served in warm lepinja with fresh onion and ajvar, they bring together everything we love most about Balkan cuisine: simplicity, quality and full flavour.

Plus plenty of sides, sauces and flavours created for a real feast under the open sky.

DJs will take care of the atmosphere, delivering the right dose of summer sounds all afternoon long.
