Strange times call for an equally unconventional band. Avatar, long faithful to the aesthetic of outsiders and artistic outcasts, once again dives deep into the collective subconscious. The Swedish band keeps pushing past the bounds of the corporeal, venturing ever deeper into the dark — where chaos starts to take on meaning.

Avatar’s 2026 tour spans all of Europe, from frosty Scandinavia through the heart of the continent, Poland included. The band will present its newest stage spectacle, combining metal energy with theatrical staging and production unlike anything before, drawing on both old and new songs across some of the biggest concerts of its 25-year career.

“We’re addicted to metal!” declares frontman Johannes Eckerström. “Despite all the acclaim for our live shows, we still feel we’re just getting started. This tour is meant to break every record.” The journey begins in summer, when Avatar play sixteen shows alongside metal legends Iron Maiden.
