2nd Metropolitan Transport Picnic

The 2nd Metropolitan Transport Picnic is coming — a celebration of sustainable transport in Wrocław!

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, join us by Hala Stulecia, on the square by the iconic Iglica and Pergola. From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM there will be plenty of attractions, practical knowledge, and sustainable energy for the whole family.

This year marks the 22nd anniversary of the historic inter-municipal agreements that launched today’s network of metropolitan connections between Wrocław and the surrounding towns, and we’ll jointly open this year’s Mobility Week.

Organised by the Wrocław City Hall Transport Department, Nasz Wrocław, Przedsiębiorczy Wrocław, and the Wrocław Metropolitan Association.

Public transport: Free special bus lines will bring visitors from surrounding municipalities, and Wrocław’s historic tram line T will run more frequently.

Taking place at the same time: “Saturday with Green Wrocław” and the Wrocław Gnome Festival. A free shuttle line P will connect all three picnics, running roughly every 30 minutes between Park Popowicki and Hala Stulecia.
