20th Wrocław Housing Fair

Find out everything at the 20th, jubilee edition of the Wrocław Housing Fair (Targi Mieszkaniowe Wrocław), taking place 19–20 September 2026 at the Business Club of Tarczyński Arena Wrocław, Aleja Śląska 1.

Everything you need to buy or build a property, in one place: current prices of apartments and houses, available discounts and promotions, current investment offers, and mortgage financing options from the banks. Dozens of exhibitors will take part, mainly developers presenting housing projects in Wrocław and the surrounding area, alongside real estate agents offering secondary-market properties. Representatives of banks, financial institutions and advisory firms will also share their expertise on financing a home or investment purchase.

Investment property in Spain and Italy
The fair is also a chance to explore foreign real estate markets. During the jubilee edition, visitors can browse a wide offer of investment properties in Spain and Italy — apartments as well as properties intended for investment and rental. This is aimed at people looking for a second home abroad, a holiday property, or an alternative way to invest capital.

Companies specializing in building houses on investors’ own plots will also present their offers, from traditional brick construction to timber-frame houses and modern prefabricated solutions.
